Depending on where you look, you will see the organ systems listed as either 10 or 11. An easy way to remember them is to start externally from the head and move down to the toes.
- Integumentary System / Exocrine system — the first thing you look at.
- Musculoskeletal system — Starting with the skull etc.
- Nervous system –starting with the brain.
- Respiratory system –starting with the nose and going into the lungs.
- Digestive System — Starting with the mouth and going to the anus.
- Endocrine system — starting with the thyroid.
- Cardiovascular / Circulatory system–starting with the heart.
- Lymphatic system / Immune system
- Renal system / Urinary system
- Reproductive system
