For BP control, will schedule Amlodipine 5mg po BID, Lisinopril 10mg po BID, and Clonidine (Catapress) 0.1mg po q8h. Hydralazine 20mg IV prn.
*If pt becomes tachycardic, replace clonidine with metoprolol tartrate 50mg po BID
For pain and anxiety, will schedule Ketorolac (Toradol) 30mg IV push q6hr; Hydromorphone (Dilaudid) 1mg IV push q3hr, Lorazepam 0.5mg po q4hrs for anxiety; Fioricet 1 tab po for HA.
Zofran 4mg IV q8hrs prn, nausea
