  1. Establish IV        Heparin    Lock
  2. IV Fluids:     NS            D5W        Give: Bolus  / ______ ml/hr
  3. I/O Cath
  4. EKG / EKG Rhythm strip
  5. Ear Wash:_______ Ear or Bilateral
  6. Accucheck
  7. Nebulizer Treatment with: Duoneb in one ampule  Give: #1 dose             #2 dose
  8. Albuterol 0.083% (2.5mg in 3ml ampule). Adult dose: One ampule. #1            #2               Pedi dose: 1/2 ampule
  9. Orthostatic BP readings with pulse
  10. Oxygen___ liters/minute
  11. RSV wash
  12. Pulse oximetry
