DDx:
You get a CT abdomen for a patient and it reads, “Innumerable subcentimeter hypodense lesions are noted in the spleen. These are nonspecific and could be due to fungal infection, microabscesses, sarcoidosis, less likely metastasis amongst others. Please correlate clinically. No adenopathy by CT criteria.”
What is your differential diagnosis?
