My second child had eczema as an infant and we saw a dermatologist and he was treated with desonide 0.05% cream for ears, face, and genitals, and triamcinolone 0.1% for other areas. We also used Aquaphor lotion. We put lotion when his skin was still wet, without wiping it too much, to lock the moisture within.
