–DDx of tinnitus reviewed.
-No tinnitus red flag symptoms.
-Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), sound therapy, and hearing aid trial encouraged.
-Audiometry with tympanometry ordered.
-Electronystagmography to assess vestibular function
-Vestibular Therapy
-Will consider neuroimaging as needed.
